Success is a team sport, and you need to play the game to be able to win. There are rules, loopholes, skills, and experience that all go into compiling a winning game. Unsportsmanlike conduct is not a winning strategy for any game.

Do you want to be seen as the stalwart head couch of the team who won, or the emotionally unstable player who screams his frustrations when he doesn’t get his way? It’s a long game, and we all need to play our part to achieve success. No one gets every thing they want, when they want it, or even how they want it. It’s not about you, it’s about the team, and the win is for them.

Bitch, moan, whine, or complain that’s totally your prerogative…but it’s a damn ugly look on Monday when regardless of the results, you are simply remembered as the screaming whiner. 👀
