Brian Morrison is a senior DoD/IC systems architect, innovation leader, and retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with an accomplished career spanning intelligence, secure communications, C5ISR modernization, mission partner interoperability, and the responsible adoption of Generative AI.

With over 23 years of military service across active duty and reserve roles, he has consistently translated operational mission gaps into acquisition-ready requirements, enterprise architecture artifacts (DoDAF), and defensible business cases aligned to DoD processes such as JCIDS and PPBE.

Brian has a proven track record of team leadership at scale. He served as the first LLM Specialist and Liaison at the Department of the Air Force Chief Data and AI Office (CDAO), bridging policy, technology, and workforce enablement for GenAI. He has also directed command-wide innovation operations across USAFE-AFAFRICA, leading a team executing over 100 initiatives valued at $130M+.
